Welcome to Mary, Mother of the Church Parish Religious Education Program.
Our Religious Education Program is for 1st through 8th graders and any High School students who have not received Baptism, Penance, Eucharist and Confirmation. RE aims at supporting our parents by offering consistent, developmental, and formal education in the basic life and worship of Catholic Tradition. Emphasis is placed on the life of Jesus, His message, His values and showing us how to live our lives according to Jesus’ teachings. We strive to bring our children to a deeper and more loving relationship with the Lord Jesus. If God’s work truly is our own, then, by fulfilling our responsibilities to these young people and with God’s help, our children will come to this graced relationship with our God.
We encourage the involvement of our Religious Education students and families in Parish activities. We look forward to sharing weekend Mass together. We encourage you to bring your children to as many Parish events throughout the Liturgical, Advent and Lenten Seasons. We believe participation in parish events enable children to truly experience what it means to be a part of a Parish family.
